The project through which Alfredo Häberli continues his research on the kitchen as the heart and soul of the house. Entirely made of wood, it stands out for the exclusive pocket handles of cabinet doors. A complex workmanship creating a three-dimensional, pliable effect. A curved stroke, light and soft like smile. A new finish is added to current ones in natural oak, heat-treated dark oak, and black hickory, in open grain painted wood.
The kitchens are enhanced by new complements designed by Alfredo Häberli: openwork elements in warm shades of pink, orange and red, tower [vertical] and suspended units devised and well-suited for every model. Open on external fronts, the pulse of the exhibition space is defined by a slender modular structure that allows viewing of the interior.
The geometric distribution of space is divided into five rooms, elegant interpretations of the home, glimpses of actual kitchens creating a clear system of ‘connection between solid and void, interior and exterior, open and closed spaces’. Each environment, functional and contemporary, talks about a model through its impersonation, interpreting a way of life, a style, an orientation that highlights the philosophy of the Schiffini kitchen, cozy and unique.
Walls of different colors interspersed with transparent surfaces and the well-balanced perspective effect leads visitors through paths punctuated by the chromatic changes of the floor with colors inspired by Pop Art. With clear references to the architecture of the 1950s.
