Fresh citrus notes, golden colour accents, hanging lamps and fashion photographs on the walls are key features of the look in the new Capri by Fraser Frankfurt. The young long-stay brand, well known in the Asian countries, plans to open its first outlet in Germany on 15 August with 153 serviced apartments. The concept for its interior architecture stems from Joi-Design and plays with associations from the world of fashion. Fine embroidery, seams, houndstooth and needle stripes decorate both furniture and accessories. “Our designs create a modern home for the business nomads of our time,” says Corinna Kretschmar-Joehnk, Managing Director of Joi-Design.
Capri by Fraser is part of a mixed-use project in Frankfurt’s Europa District, together with a Hampton by Hilton and a Premier Inn. Total investment for all three hotels, according to information supplied by them, amounts to around € 70 million. Project development is by GBI-investor Frasers Centerpoint Limited. GBI Chief, Reiner Nittka observes: “The outstanding location in the Europa District will attract lots of guests, who value and appreciate such high-quality accommodation in the long-stay category.”
