I always gladly present creative artists and designers and help them in branding their artistic ideas. In this article, I am introducing to you Lucija Klanac, a 25-year old artist from Zadar, a lovely Croatian coastal city – well-known for many historic and contemporary architectural landmarks as well as innovative art projects.
This young mother and upcoming collage artist creates abstract paper collages in the form of wall art and various home decoration ideas. Find out more about her artwork and brand from her own words: “Under the brand name MonibyLu, I make abstract collages in the form of wall paintings, bookmarks, personalized collages, the Christmas tree baubles, and various decorative details. I’m inspired by human interaction with nature and vice versa. Collages are suitable for the interior design of any spectrum of colors, and the clients can choose the color palette of the collage as desired in accordance with the colors in their interior.” says Lucija Klanac.
Combination of Entrepreneurial Knowledge and Artistic Talent
“I wish to create an authentic Croatian art product that’ll create awareness of a new expression of the art of nature. I have always had a passion for this kind of art, and since I have a degree in Economics – I decided to combine my entrepreneurial knowledge with artistic talent.”
“My collages are created with hard colored paper on which I additionally paint. When creating the Christmas tree baubles, I combine colorful paper and thread to attach them to the Christmas tree. The collages are wrapped in recycled cardboard paper and eco-friendly wrapping paper.” this talented artist reveals.
