Italian brand Casa Bugatti presents designer flatware collections to give a touch of personality to dining table setting. Contemporary and refined, these designer cutlery collections are characterized by style and creativeness. Designed by designer and stylist Alessandro Parascandolo.
They stand out for their shapes and original combinations and are made with the characteristics of all Bugatti cutlery: they are the precise and natural extension of the hand; the handle is ergonomic and designed for optimal comfort and a firm grip; the blade is perfectly sharpened for accurate, effortless cutting. Ares Cutlery
The slender and elongated form and timeless design for Ares cutlery, refined and elegant, for festive and contemporary table decor. The design is signed by the Italian designer and stylist Alessandro Parascandolo. Made of forged 18/10 stainless steel, 6 mm thick, with satin finish and resin handle, the cutlery is available in sandblasted, 24-carat gold plated, and PVD versions, with handles in black, gray, and white. The product line includes a wide range of cutlery and special pieces for all occasions, including the coffee spoon, the moka spoon, the dessert fork, the cake shovel, the salad spoon and fork, the serving spoon and fork, the rice spoon, and rice chopsticks pair.
Eclat Cutlery
Eclat cutlery, for the most refined tables and holiday table decor, stands out for the refined and princely lines. Designed by Parascandolo in collaboration with the Bugatti Technical Department, the cutlery comes in two stylish versions. One version is in 18/10 stainless steel, with an acrylic handle and ring with the old silver-plated finish, and the other version with the gold-plated ring. Special pieces include the coffee spoon, the moka spoon, the ice cream spoon, the spreader, the cake shovel, the cake knife, the dessert fork, the rice serving spoon, the salad spoon, the salad fork.
Lady and Dévoré Cutlery
The product collection signed by Alessandro Parascandolo also includes a stylish range of decorated cutlery, characterized by a universe of animals, exotic and urban landscapes, distant lands – all hand-drawn by the designer and reproduced on the cutlery thanks to Bugatti’s technical and customization skills.
From the Lady and Dévoré cutlery, characterized by special decorations on polished or sandblasted steel, or on polished or sandblasted PVD Black Diamond, Champagne and Gold for a table of great effect, to the surprising “La Collezione delle Terre”, “Le Jardin des Animaux dans La Ville”, a series of cutlery with designs with a strong aesthetic component that is inspired by fashion and design.
Riviera Cutlery
Out of Parascandolo’s production and directly from the Bugatti Technical Dept, there is also Riviera cutlery available in the classic 18/10 polished and sandblasted stainless steel versions or in the new PVD * finishing available in Black Diamond, Champagne, and Gold colors and in the polished or sandblasted versions. * PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition): the process of depositing titanium particles on stainless steel that gives a particular color and makes the surfaces resistant to scratch and corrosion.
About the Designer
Alessandro Parascandolo is the Head Designer and Founder of the Stylistic Consulting Studio, from which it takes the name, APcreativedesign. Already in his university days, he was several times winner of the “young promise of design” award by Giorgio Armani at the Polytechnic of Milan where he graduated in fashion design. Selected by Carlo Rivetti and trained in Stone Island as an assistant to Paul Harvey, he continued his refinement in Carmen Sabbatini’s Studio and alongside Gianfranco Ferré.
Specialized in the study of color, in the pursuit of innovative materials, and in the analysis of trend forecasting, he has always applied Moodboards and Color Palettes, developed specifically for clothing and accessories, to communicate an advanced vision of fashion trends. Artistic director of the Corto Maltese women’s line by Hugo Pratt, he has lent his knowledge and his know-how in the tailoring sector, developed during various garment workshops, ranging from the design of the garments to their realization through the cutting modeling processes and sewing.
Among his collaborations, brands such as Nanni, Huld, and Helen Yarmak emerge, which have allowed him to broaden his experience in the field of accessories design. Expert in the field of processing, finishes, and treatments for accessories in brass, and plastic polymers, he boasts a valid and complete package of suppliers through which he provides stylistic advice to various fashion and luxury companies, such as Fendi, Goyard, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci, for the development of their personalized ones.
The whole creative process begins with the freehand sketch, which takes the form of a design that integrates professionalism in the use of image processing programs, knowledge of materials and their potential on an industrial level, and a forecast on the feasibility of the project.
