The Staircase in the Spacious Entrance Hallway Creates a Charming Welcoming Feel
As you enter the 428.22 sq. ft. contemporary-designed home, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hallway with beautiful elevated ceilings and an iconic staircase. The original staircase was removed and a newly designed staircase was installed, which acts as a key architectural feature in this luxurious home. The original beams were removed to create more space and proportion throughout the property.
The new staircase in the entrance creates a charming welcoming feel with a statement introduction as to what to expect for the rest of the property.

contemporary and luxury into one.The briefing for the project was to maximize the feeling of light and space within the home which had previously not been taken advantage of.
By removing the original ceiling we were able to
create double-height space allowing for the whole
design to breathe and capture every moment of

Organic Elements Offer Rich, Layered Textures throughout the Design
This sophisticated home has been decorated with organic elements, offering rich, layered textures throughout.
The dark color palette and neutral tones combined with textures carried throughout this project give this home a serene yet masculine vibe.

Open Plan Living Area Design
The open-plan area in the home is an elegant and cozy living space that captures Rose’s sophisticated design style. Subtle yet colorful artwork lines the walls to enhance the decor and add warmth to the space.
Stylish Bathrooms and Kitchen
The stylish bathrooms were also modernized with new baths and showers, as well as contemporary fittings and finishes, and the charming kitchen was fitted with new units and appliances.
Sitting Area with a Fireplace – a Focal Point of Design
The sitting area features a bespoke fireplace made of luxurious dark marble acting as one of many focal points in the home. Each room evokes a sense of contemporary style with bespoke, made-to-measure fittings installed throughout.
Relaxing Bedroom Designs
Dark, lattice wood flooring adds depth to the bedroom whilst the relaxing seating area, located next to the bed, adds a sense of comfort to the space. Beautiful glass paned doors offer an infinity view of the beautiful exterior garden.
Contemporary Dining Room Design
The spacious formal dining room space encompasses a contemporary dining style. The kitchen was fitted with new units and appliances to showcase a modern yet sophisticated design.
Each interior space throughout the project has been masterfully handcrafted to create bespoke and carefully designed joinery. New finishes for the floor and walls, cornices, lighting, doors, skirting, joinery, furniture, and window treatments were installed to conform with the design aim of creating a more contemporary and lighter space.
