Ambienta 2024, the leading national fair of furniture, interior design, and furnishing of spaces, will be held at Zagreb Fair from 17 – 20 October. The 51st edition of the prestigious event will provide a comprehensive overview of the latest trends and technologies in home and office furnishing. Visitors can expect a diverse range of products: from high-end furniture, and kitchen and bathroom solutions to decorative and functional elements such as lighting, windows, doors, floors, and garden furniture.
Elite Exhibitors Under One Roof – Ambienta
The organizers are happy to announce the appearance of Meblo Trade, which is making its grand comeback to Ambienta after 15 years under the name Powered by Meblo Trade. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore this renowned brand’s rich offer, which specializes in the prestigious brands Atlas and KARE. KARE, known for the motto ‘Joy of Living,’ perfectly combines remarkable furniture design with unconventional decorative elements, creating a unique synergy of functionality and style.
Ambienta will also host recognized brands like Spin Valis, Nord Produkt, Škerjanc, Il Leor, Rattan Sedia, Interijer Color, Chesterfield, Gastro-Stil, Belina, Concept Line, Domprojekt, IKS Fenster, Interijeri Sabljo, Pohištvo Leroy, Lokve, T.C. Požgaj, Weninox, Top2Floor, Tvornica tekstila Trgovišće, Wespa Spaces, Duma Store, Top Door interijeri, Partas, Studio Element, Style Door, Texo, Infitout and many others, whose innovative products are conquering markets around the world.
Among foreign participants of Ambienta, the organizers wish to highlight the group participation of exhibitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as the participation of six Chinese exhibitors.
Synergy of Culture and Furniture
This year, Ambienta is transcending the boundaries of traditional fairs, introducing an innovative project in collaboration with leading cultural institutions. In partnership with the Klovićevi dvori Gallery, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MSU), and the Ethnographic Museum, part of the fair program will be featured in these museums. Showrooms of Croatian manufacturers will be presented at the MSU and Klovićevi dvori, and the Ethnographic Museum will show a documentary film from the ‘Modern Times’ series, which documents the history of the Zagreb Fair. Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy both the exhibitions and Ambienta with only one ticket, which allows access to exhibitions in one of the three mentioned museums.
Top Design and Artistic Expression
Design Zone will accentuate designer pieces from prominent companies, and the Art Box will gather artists, gallery owners, and collectors, creating a space where design and art share the same stage. Alongside the exhibition ‘100 Painters of the 21st Century,’ which showcases an exclusive private collection of large-format paintings, the fair will also include the Zagreb Fair 1956-1961 exhibition, providing insight into the historical and economic significance of the company during this key period.
Strong Institutional Support
Ambienta enjoys the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, the City of Zagreb, the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, the Zagreb Chamber of Trades and Crafts, and Hrvatske šume (Croatian Forests), further emphasizing its significance for the economy and industry.
ArhiBau, one of the largest fairs on construction culture and sustainable development in the region, will take place in parallel, bringing together the leading manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, materials, and solutions in architecture and construction. Within the scope of the ArhiBau Fair, a professional and scientific conference titled ArhiBau 2024 – ‘The Future of Housing’ will be organized.
Ambienta – Working Hours and Prizes
Ambienta will be open from Thursday to Saturday between 10:00 and 19:00, and on Sunday by 18:00. All visitors who buy a ticket will be able to participate in a prize game. Among attractive prizes, the grand prize will be furnishing a home with Meblo furniture.
