Alitalia Lounge Area

Venice Airport, the Tintoretto Lounge, where the large Avico hanging lamp casts its light A sequence of Avico hanging lamps light up the relaxation area overlooking the runway. This is one of Alitalia’s 15 exclusive worldwide lounges, where Italy’s national airline gives its frequent flyers the VIP treatment while they wait to board their flights. Architect Marco Colonnelli wanted FontanaArte lighting for this design venue where passengers can chill out, work, read, or just chat. Multiples of Avico, the oversize hanging dome lamp, cadence each dedicated area, adding verve to a stress-free, private space. A disc cover means high-performance lighting without the glare.
