FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti gives new shapes to rare and precious marble, stones and granites in top performance full-body slabs. The entire production process of the Modena-based company, established following various milestones over the years, has led to quality aesthetic and technological results, in a bid to offer innovative materials that wisely blend technology, design and creativity.
From this creativity and from the constant desire over the years to find new barriers and challenges to overcome, the research at FMG has been drawn towards large size ceramics.
With the MaxFine collection, that brings together a selection of marble and natural stones, for the first time ever in the ceramic sector, FMG has been able to create evolved technology to produce 300x150cm slabs, a new material that puts itself forward as a useful tool for architecture and design.
In fact, when referring to MaxFine, we are talking about technical ceramics, hi-tech slabs that meet the contemporary needs for sustainability, hygiene and economy.
MaxFine slabs have been created in order to reduce the environmental impact starting from the production process: the consumption of raw materials is reduced by 40% thanks to the slim thickness of just 6mm and the same percentage of reduction (-40%) occurs in relation to energy consumption per square metre throughout the production phase. In the same way, the extremely large size allows for improved hygiene of the surfaces and eliminates restrictions and the bonds that limit the inspiration of project planning.
Today the MaxFine collection boosts its range by offering two new sizes, 300×100 cm and 100×100 cm, new creative tools to meet any planning need.
A 3.0 version of FMG large ceramic slabs: a new interpretation of large sizes which means the opportunity to use MaxFine ceramics in total freedom with the utmost personalisation of the space.
