Avant-garde design for a building that  is laid out on 10 floors, with152 rooms, 6 apartments, 1 restaurant, a lounge bar, a business centre and a SPA. Here, Margraf’s natural stone plays the role of the protagonist, creating an elegant and refined atmosphere in all of the environments: from the  Grigio Tao marble of the common areas, from the elevators to the lobby, where, in addition to the floor  covering, it was used as the covering of a modern and comfortable fireplace, to the Bottiicino Semiclassico marbleof the common baths, up to the Nero Marquinia marble present in the baths of the rooms, the apartments and in the finishing of the doors.
